Back in March, a press release reported that 20% of the condos over the new Aloft hotel were accounted for via contracts and now it appears those units have finally closed. According to Streeteasy, Apex condos at FDB/8th Avenue (at 124th Street) has 10 units officially sold in the past couple of weeks, 7 in contract and 13 active listings are currently available:
LINK. Average selling prices look to be around $569 per square foot and high common charge have reportedly been reduced. Original accounts have the new construction at 44 apartments total so more units are apparently available.
