The last time we checked on the new construction called the Parkside Flats at 362 St. Nicholas Avenue by 128th Street back in July, 5 contracts were already out at the condo by St. Nicholas Park. This is one of the newer developments on the market in the past year so how is it doing at this point in the fall?
Out of the 16 units listed on Streeteasy, 8 units are now currently in contract at the building that is selling itself as an affordable option on the market:
LINK. It is unclear if this means the building is 50 percent sold at this point or if the some unit have just not been presented to the market yet. Most of the condo consists of 2 bedrooms that are priced well under $500K which makes the asking set at the low $500 per square foot range. There is not much happening in the immediate area but the park is right across the street and the express trains are a quick few blocks south right by the 125th Street commercial corridor.
