☞ REVIVE: Update at 240 Manhattan Avenue
There has not been much happening at the lot over on 240 Manhattan and 110th Street since earlier on in the summer but some new equipment appears to be on site more recently. Walking by the corner parcel facing Morningside Park this weekend, one could see another vehicle present that appears to be different from the ones seen this past June: LINK. There was only a permit up for the original one-story building but the DOB website has multiple new filings from July and August that still references a 22-story residential structure with a total of 80 units in all. This taller building still has not been approved based on the DOB site but the paperwork appears to all be in place to make it happen.
