Now that a few condos have returned to the newly named Morellino on ACP/7th and West 118th Street, it appears that those said units are actually selling these days. The adaptive reuse development at 1961 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard originally had 35 units available back in 2008 and was called the Lotta condos. After not being able to make substantial sales, the building became a hostel (which was eventually shut down), then a rental and now 18 units are up for sale according to Streeteasy:
LINK. Currently named The Morellino, this development has 9 of those units in contract which originally had the asking prices ranging from $465K to $815K. There still appears to be a rental element to the building but the sales end seems to be finally moving along.
