☞ REVIVE: 5 West 127th Street Rises

The neighbors overseeing the lot at 5 West 127th Street have been watching the foundation work finish up since this past July and now have taken photos of the new 13-unit building in Central Harlem. Located right just east of 5th Avenue, the residential building appears to be just a couple of floors away from topping off.  This development has been rising very quickly in the past couple of months so expect a relatively quick finish date if all goes well.  Check out the final sketch of the building in our past post: LINK
