It took a couple of years but the green development called the Metropolis is on its way to selling out. Streeteasy has the building at 51 East 128th Street with 11 sold units and a 1-bedroom currently available for the asking of $325K:
LINK. There is also a 2-bedroom unit that apparently went in and out of contract for $395K but that condo is no longer available at this point in time. This development is FHA approved so first time homebuyers get the benefit of a low down payment and interest rates.
