☞ INTRODUCING: New HVA Tops Off
The new Harlem Village Academy building rising at 27-29 West 124th Street has been under construction since October 2010 and now has reached its top level. This notable charter school facing Marcus Garvey Park took over an old Con Edison building lot and has transformed it into a contextual building that works with the surrounding historic architecture. All was slated to finish up by Fall of this year but there still appears to be a lot interior work that still needs to happen before the school opens.
