☞ REVIVE: Demolition Continues on West 125th?
The disastrous scaffolding collapse at the demolition site on the corner of 125th Street and FDB/8th Avenue halted progress on a planned retail development but some activity on the site this week might indicate that the job might be finished sooner than later. New equipment and workers were seen at the site on the north side of 125th Street that will be home to a new 60,000-square-foot commercial building in the future if all plans follow through. Only two floors remain on the last building but this past September's equipment failure has stalled the site for over two months now. For more on the planned multi-level shopping center coming to the site, read our past post: LINK
