The stalled demolition site at 125th and FDB/8th Avenue has definitely started up again. Walking by this past weekend, we noticed that the construction crew have resumed work and that most of the second floor on the remaining half of the last building has now been dismantled. There have been no updates on what the new commercial building will look like on this corner but a major retail space is expected:
