The corner building at 335 Lenox and 127th Street appears to be now getting a full renovation since workers were seen this week on the upper floors. This residential and commercial building with the odd front doors at the fire escapes might be getting a new look since the building appears to be in the process of being gutted. A crew was working on the top floors this week and appear to also be inspecting the half finished paint removal from the one side of the building at center. In addition to all the activity on the top floors, current permits show that the lower commercial space will have a full gut job also.
This corner building has a large windowed store front, could be something nice, and a good location on the upcoming upper Lenox.
