The collapsed roof of the Baptist Temple Church on 116th Street looks to have made some progress in the past year but not too much has changed after some scaffolding went down in the last few months. Work permits were up back in December 2010 but only the frame of the roof (lower photo) appears to now be in place. It does not seem like a lot of progress considering a year has past so maybe there is a funding issue?
