While the subject matter of liquor licenses and earlier closing times are at hand in Harlem, a reader inquired about the application that is posted on one of the storefronts over at the Livmor condos. The new Harlem Shambles just opened up in the same development, but this other storefront just south of 115th Street and FDB does not seem to have had any activity since the public notice went up this past July. The name on the paperwork is Londel Davis who happens to also be the owner of Londel's Supper Club on 140th Street and FDB. Does anyone know what's going on with ths business since it appears to be stalled at this point? Read more about the original Londel's in our past post:
