☞ DWELL: 10 East 129th Street in Contract
One of the new townhouse constructions around Central Harlem might raise some eyebrows with architectural purist but buyers don't seem to mind. Number 10 East 129th Street is now in contract after finishing up in the past year or so. The building located just East of 5th Avenue is a 3-family home and is located next to a community garden and a few original townhouses that are still intact. An initial listing price was set at $1.1 million but the final sales price is yet to be confirmed. Wow, it's hideous.
ReplyDeleteReally truly.
DeleteNot feeling the subtle hints of Mediterranean Sanou's Mum? ;)
DeletePretty amazing price per sq. ft. I think the buyer did really well out of this.
ReplyDeleteNice to see they made an effort with the masonry details although not in keeping with the surrounding architecture, not so keen on the Fedders units.
ReplyDeleteBuyer is clearly an investor who I'm sure will do extremely well with this property, especially given the low price. Pity it was built, but it's a little late for that now.
