Number 151 West 122nd Street was in contract back in January and finally sold in April according to public records. This 20-foot-wide brownstone located between ACP/7th Avenue and Lenox is officially environmentally efficient (LEED certified) but originally went for almost $3 million a few years back. That price decreased down to $2.49 million in the past years and now the record shows that the property has sold for $2.15 million.
This single-family, 4,750 Square foot home has contemporary finishes and many of the floors have a loft like feel to them. All the original details are missing on the inside but the exterior facade is quite impressive. The block itself has a hefty dose of historic architecture and is close to the express train and local shops on Lenox.
