The condo at 753 St. Nicholas Avenue located just below West 148th Street now is open for business. We have been following the construction of the new development on Sugar Hill and it now appears that 4 units are available for sale at this new condo now called The St. Nicholas. Studios to 2-bedrooms have price ranges from $229K-599K. As far as location goes, the express train is just right down the block and the neighborhood is quite charming but still developing.
