☞ READ: Harlem Hebrew Charter Will Open
There was a bit of controversy in the local community board when the Harlem Hebrew Language Academy Charter School proposed to arrive uptown but now it appears the dual-language institution will open uptown. This charter elementary school will be modeled after a successful Brooklyn branch that has 55 percent white and 45 percent minority enrollment.
