☞ DRINK: More Progress at Harlem Public
A recent Facebook update from the yet-to-open Harlem Public in Hamilton Heights shows the newly constructed bar that was just installed this past week. This new establishment promises to be one of the first ones to bring craft beer to the reaches of West Harlem just north of 148th Street and Broadway so many local have been highly anticipating the possible late summer opening. The Harlem Public is basically next door to The Chipped Cup which is a now popular coffee house located just a couple of doors down: LINK

Good to see other parts of Harlem getting establishments, I hope they do well, remember, use it or lose it.
ReplyDeleteI heard them working yesterday when I stopped by The Chipped Cup. Does anyone know when they plan to open?

ReplyDeleteConsidering how starved that area is for venues like this, they stand to do really, really well if they provide a decent product.
I mean "better than Corner Social" well. I half expect the place to be mobbed on a regular basis.
This is so long overdue. My hope is that other small biz entrepreneurs will see the success of these places and be encouraged to set up shop in Sugar Hill. The neighborhood is fantastic except for the lack of variety in food and drink. The Harlem Wine Gallery on St. Nick is also a wonderful addition.
