The old newsstand at West 112th Street at FDB/8th Avenue had a couple of men working on it about a month ago and now it appears that most of the facade has been renovated. It is unclear if the wood paneling will now be painted or stained but someone did mention that one of the workers said a coffee place might be arriving soon. Any more tips out there?
