The new retail building planned on the corner of 125th Street and FDB/8th Avenue is definitely the fastest rising new development uptown these days. Concrete was being poured for the foundation earlier this past month and looking at 301-303 West 125th Street in the past week, we noticed more activity at hand. Steal pilasters have been shipped in recent days and one can now peek behind the fence to see that the basement level has been finished. The first floor is starting to rise now and folks should expect to see a dramatic change at this corner in the next few weeks. Check out the final rendering of the building in our past post:
