There are quite a few open lots on 125th Street that have stalled projects on them but 301-303 West 125th Street appears to be coming along. Walking by the north corner of FDB/8th Avenue at 125th Street yesterday, we noticed that a concrete mixer truck was on hand and a huge concrete pump was pouring the base materials on site. This new construction on the 125th Street corridor will be a 4-story building which will house DSW, Blink Fitness and Joe's Crab Shack once it finishes up by this time next year.
