Scaffolding went up in front of the old 125th Street Post office building earlier in the summer and it was unclear on what the fate of the facade would be. Workers finished up last week and luckily this was just a restoration project for the building which is currently used as a drug store. The missing tiles on the roof at the west side of the building have all been replaced and the entire building located just east of St. Nicholas Avenue has a new coat of paint.
