☞ DWELL: Lexington Hill Condos Debut
Originally called the Glass Spire building, the Lexington Hill condos are now complete and ready to sell in East Harlem. This brand new development is just a couple of buildings north of the 103 Street stop on Lexington Avenue so transportation is not a problem. Great restaurants such as the Lexington Social, East Harlem Cafe, El Aguila and El Paso are located within the surrounding blocks so amenities are just at the doorstep of this new building. It has not been confirmed yet but the retail space below was reportedly set up for a supermarket since the developers demolished a low rise building of which an Associated Market originally resided. Streeteasy still has the 1635 Lexington Avenue listed as the Glass Spire and 4 units appear to be available currently: LINK
