The other Harlem Restaurant Week venue that has decent days would be 67 Orange Street on FDB/8th Avenue by 113th Street. A prix fixe menu for $30.12 is available every day from 6:00PM-10:00PM which is pretty generous for those early diners out there. Not only does this deal offer 2 courses total, but one of the famous (and very substantial) mixed cocktails is included with the set price. Restaurant Week runs up until October 15th:

The bartender has an attitude and a heavy hand with the simple syrup, but the food is excellent and the servers couldn't be nicer. The steak, scallops, salmon and brussels sprouts are my favorites. This prix fixe sounds like a great deal.
