The new retail building over on the north side of FDB and 125th Street has been progressing rather quickly. Number 301 West 125th Street had a setback when it started up in the past year because of a scaffolding collapse but the building has now topped off. Walking by this corridor of Central Harlem this week, we noticed that some of walls were also being installed on the north end of the commercial site. Folks should expect DSW, Joe's Crab Shack and Blink Fitness to arrive within a years time when all finishes up.
I like that the corner of this structure is made into a feature by breaking the plain building line, but this structure is nothing compared to the hansom building it replaced on this corner.
