Floridita has been shut down for the past couple of years but has now opened in its new location off of 12th Avenue and 125th Street. We dropped by this weekend when a bespoke reader mentioned that the old Manhattanville Cuban Dominican diner had finally opened. Folks can expect a large new space with a few basic diner offerings mixed in with local specialties such as mangu with the breakfast order. We have not stopped by for dinner yet but apparently the spot specializes in a wide range of caribbean cuisine.
