☞ EAT: Harvist Debuts on Thursday
The new restaurant at the Kalahari building called Harvist will open up for dinner service on Thursday. New York magazine features the 130-seat eatery at 46 West 116th Street in a recent post and reveals that the offering will be inspired partly by regional South Carolina cooking and also a bit of international flair. Folks should expect extravagant shrimp and grits accented with savory bacon along with an unexpected red velvet souffle for dessert. For more about Harvist, check out the NY magazine Grub Street writeup: LINK
