☞ REVIVE: 240 Manhattan Avenue Rises

The empty lot facing the south corner of Morningside Park at 110th Street will no longer be empty in the coming months.  A new condo development called 240 Manhattan Avenue broke ground last year and now the first floor is starting to rise.  There will be a total of 22 floors altogether when the new construction finally finished so expect some major changes to the skyline for this section of South Harlem.
