☞ REVIVE: 261-267 West 125th Gets Covered
The commercial building adjacent to the Apollo started rising at the end of December 2012 and now it looks like everything is under wraps. Number 261-267 West 125th Street is a $14 million new construction that has Red Lobster as the major tenant to the space and the developers seem to want to keep everything under cover now until things finish up. This 28,000-square-foot development just east of FDB/8th Avenue takes over an empty lot that has been quite an eyesore for over a decade and should be a good pairing with the famous theater next door. Check out the final sketch in our past post: LINK
