☞ REMEMBER: A Big Blizzard on Lenox c. 1908
A photo approximately a century old shows the day after a major snowstorm on Harlem's main commercial avenue in the early years. This corner of Lenox Avenue pretty much remains the same today as the lower photo shows. The Park & Tilford building now has the Red Rooster on the lower floor and the trolleys have been replaced by buses.
