☞ INTRODUCING: Retail Space by Harlem Public
Walking by the hugely popular Harlem Public at 149th and Broadway, we noticed that the matching retail storefront next door is now empty. Harlem Public tends to be a tight fit sometimes doing prime time and this could be an opportunity for the pub to expand if the next door lease is available. Otherwise, the location is definitely up and coming for Hamilton Heights and any new establishment should be able to benefit from the foot traffic already generated by Harlem Public. In the meantime, the weather is getting nicer so the planned outdoor seating should arriving soon at the West Harlem spot.

I really hope that Harlem Public takes over the space... they really need it!

ReplyDeleteWas there yesterday for Happy Hr and a few other times before then. Yes, space is needed as it is consistently packed with people having to stand around (blocking small walkways) waiting for a bar or dining seat.
ReplyDeleteThe communal style seating should benefit from a bit more wiggle room.
