☞ EAT: Harlem Spring Outdoor Spaces Open
There is still a bit of chill in the air but restaurants around Harlem are trying to get folks excited about eating outside once more. The top photo is that of the lovely back yard at The Chipped Cup on Broadway by 148th but not too many folks were sitting outside this past weekend. A Facebook photo by Maison Harlem on the corner of 127th Street and St. Nicholas shows a customer enjoying the newly established tables out front of the French Bistro. Europeans tend to not care if it's slightly cool outside when dining but New Yorkers are a bit more particular. With that said, hopefully the weather will warm up soon so more uptowners can take advantage of these fantastic outdoor cafes.

Great to see more colorful restaurant umbrellas in Harlem, it really makes a positive statement to the streetscape.
