There was an old parking lot set up at an abandoned parcel of land over at Pleasant Avenue and we just noticed that a new building has suddenly appeared on the site. This corner right by East 118th Street is on East Harlem's townhouse neighborhood of Pleasant Avenue but development is quickly changing the landscape. A new mall one avenue over that houses Target apparently has been attracting developers to this sleepy part of uptown that used to have a large Italian community. We could not find much else of 341 Pleasant Avenue but it appears that units will be on the better end of the market.
