The formerly stalled condo development at 220 St. Nicholas is heading towards completion and some interesting orange siding has now arrived at the new development All of the remaining windows were finally installed this past year when new developers took over and announced their plans to convert the build into luxury rentals. This 11-unit building on the corner of West 121st Street in South Harlem exchanged ownership at the end of 2012 and it appears that all is going well for an opening in 2013:
