☞ DWELL: 607 West 146th Street in Contract
A 20-foot-wide brownstone at 607 West 146th Street has a contract out after being on the market for less than a month. The initial asking price is $2.1 million which is probably one of the records for a townhouse this far west in Hamilton Heights. With that said, the interior looks pristine and has a lot of great details within. Our only question would be the moderate looking kitchen but everything looks functional. This location is just around the corner from the 1 train at 145th street and about a 5 minute walk to the express trains on St. Nicholas Avenue. Better businesses are starting to appear in the area so more of the restored townhouses in the area are apparently commanding a $2 million price point. More on Streeteasy: LINK
