☞ DWELL: 146 West 127th Street Brownstone
A 16-foot-wide brownstone (at center of photo) just arrived on the market for the asking of $800K but appears to probably be an SRO based on what can be found on the DOB website. This location between ACP/7th and Lenox Avenue is just steps away from the trendy restaurants on Lenox and the express subway but is on a pretty average block in Central Harlem. There probably will be a lot of work needed for the interior or facade and a tenant is currently in place so this might not be the best investment for a first time homebuyer. More on Streeteasy: LINK

I just checked the Street Easy listing and it says "no longer available as of 1 hour ago". This was on the market less than a week and the first open house was supposed to be tomorrow. I wouldn't want to be a homebuyer right now.
