Everyone now knows by now that Red Lobster will be the anchor tenant in the new building by the Apollo theater but now a second retailer has appeared on the scene.  New Beats Studio has taken over the top floor of the said building now with signage announcing their arrival.  These guys apparently sell high tech headphones base on what we can see from their website: LINK
