☞ REVIVE: Corn Exchange Site Work Begins
The new plywood and signs at the East Harlem Corn Exchange Building on 125th Street went up last month and now some progress appears to be happening. This landmark building by Park Avenue will have the top stories meticulously restored to its original glory but we have not seen much action on the said site until now. There was a digger on the sidewalk portion of the property yesterday which appear to be getting that area ready for new pavement. It is all pretty banal at this phase of construction but we expect to see some of the floors rising in the next month or so. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK

I hope they finish enough to give us the bus stop back soon!
