Number 27 West 127th Street arrived on the market in the past month for the asking of $1.499 million and this appears to be priced right. The location between Fifth and Lenox Avenue is a good example of an intact Harlem brownstone block that is not in a historic district and the renovations appear to be a full gut with not too many original details.
