One of the abandoned development projects during the recent recession years in the neighborhood is finally making some major progress. Number 2272 FDB at 122nd Street just topped off in the last couple of weeks at a record rate since the building started to resume work early this past summer. There has not been a structure on this lot for about twenty years and we expect a great response when the new construction debuts because of its location. Folks should expect the Spring 2014 opening to happen on time for this one.
I live a few buildings down. The developer said it will be mostly studio apartments for sale and that sales info will go up in January.
