The Spectator has announced that the first building on the new $6 billion Columbia Manhattanville campus has topped out. After two and a half years of construction at the intersection just north of 125th Street and Broadway, progress has finally been made with this major milestone. Unlike some of other quickly rising building in the neighborhood, this one will be taking a little more time since 2016 is apparently the opening date. More at the Columbia Spectator:
