A Bespoke reader sent in a tip that new architectural renderings of the Taystee Cake factory site have been placed online via the architectural firm Levenbetts. Initial rough sketches had incorporated the old factory buildings but the new designs show more details on an entirely modern building that will be anchored between 125th and 126th Street in Manhattanville. The Sugar Hill Ale brewing company will set up as the key tenant when all is done along with other small businesses. More renderings on the Levnbetts site:
