The last section of the plywood fence over at the Whole Foods construction site on 125th by Lenox will probably finish up today and it appears now some heavy equipment has arrived. Steel beams were dropped off in the past day or so and digging machines can now be seen on site. Usually a basement level is excavated first before a new structure rises so the order of things are bit perplexing at this point.
