REVIVE: Plywood at Harlem Whole Foods Lot
Barricades were place up around the lot planned for the new Whole Foods on 125th Street by Lenox at the end of last week and now the plywood fences are definitely being installed. We walked by the new construction site this past weekend and noticed that about a third of the new plywood has gone up thus far. By Sunday evening, the construction crew had painted what was up a hunter green color but did not complete the job entirely. We expect the work on the new wood fence to be complete this week but there has been no word of the official ground breaking ceremony for this development.

I live just a few blocks from here. Walking by and seeing the progress here is such a great sign. This will do wonders for the neighborhood. Having a Whole Foods on 125th and Lenox, and then Best Yet on 119th and FDB, is perfect. Looking forward to the groundbreaking!
