Jado Sushi on FDB between 114th and 115th Street has been getting a bit of love from locals lately and could just be the best spot for a reservation on Valentine's Day.  Chef Banks White of Minton's recently talked to the Village Voice and mentioned that his top choice for a sushi eatery uptown is Jado and often stops by after work.  The chef de cuisine originally from the West Coast grew up on great sushi and has very good things to say about Jado:  LINK
