Karema Deodato Millinery is a Sugar Hill-based hatter with a great eye for shape, proportion and color. All of the heady forms are classic but the color and trims update these beautiful, feminine-but-bold creations. We have seen quite a few hat designer labels in our day and this Harlem collection is one of the best ones to come about in recent years. With that said, Harlem has so much great hidden talent and no one venue has been able to present them in a proper retail environment. The curated Sugar Hill Market has thus been launched to try to engage an uptown shopper who would otherwise spend their money downtown.
