ARCHITECTURE: MORE GLASS IN MANHATTANVILLE
Things are finally starting to pick up speed over by the new $6.8 billion Columbia University Manhattanville campus just north of 125th Street by Broadway. Glass started appearing on the structure that has taken two years to get to this point and the large panels are appearing at a rather quick pace. In the next couple of months, the building's facade should be completely covered if this rate of work continues and the finish date of early 2015 will probably be quite feasible if there are no other delays. Renderings of what the building will finally look like can be found here: LINK
