DWELL: 399 MANHATTAN AVENUE BACK ON MARKET
Number 399 Manhattan Avenue has returned on the market again after being sold just a few months ago. This was originally an estate sale for $890K but probably had some sort of cash buyer that put down a little over a million or so. We assume that since not much time has passed that this is one of those flips that happen without any work done on it and the brokers now want $2.2 million. This is a prime location but that amount is really for a fixed up home especially if its on the smaller side. Read more about this brownstone in our past post: LINK

THis flipping has been happening a lot...is it really possible to flip for 2ce the price after only a few months? Don't buyers see the price from just a few months ago?
