DWELL: ACCEPTED OFFER AT 233 WEST 138TH STREET
A Bespoke reader who had looked at 233 West 138th Street on Strivers Row mentioned that the broker has now told them that the owner has accepted an offer. This home is in one of Harlem's legendary historic districts but better restaurants such as Mountain Bird are barely just starting to appear in approximation to the area. At $1.99 million, Strivers Row is probably a deal to most Manhattan townhouse seekers but even at the price point, amenities are quite important for that type of investment. With that said, each building has its own private garage out in the back so that might be something that is a deciding factor for those who are skeptical: LINK
