Ginny's Salon Series: After Midnight on Monday, May 19th, 8:00 PM at Ginny's Supper Club underneath Red Rooster, 310 Lenox Ave at 125th Street. After Midnight, moderated by chef Marcus Samuelsson, is a dining event that will explore themes of Harlem's rich cultural legacy, musical history and also a panel discussion with the notables of the current Broadway show. During the conversation, guests will enjoy a curated four-course dinner menu with beverage pairings inspired by After Midnight and highlighting dishes that were served at the Cotton Club at the height of its popularity during the Golden Age in Harlem, including: Deviled Eggs with Caviar, Corn Bread Madeleines and Pickled Vegetables, Fried Oysters and Gravlax with Carrot, Radish and Tograshi Duck & Waffles with Maple Gastrique and Foie Gras Ganache Champagne Gelée Shots.
The event will feature a panel discussion with Tony-nominated Director and Choreographer Warren Carlyle; Best Featured Actress nominee Adriane Lenox; and Best Costume Designer nominee Isabel Toledo of the 7-time Tony nominated Broadway musical revue.
