The better boutique wine shop that was under construction on 127th and St. Nicholas Avenue has opened for business. BTL wines apparently is the new business venture by the guys who run Maison Harlem across the street which makes it definitely one of the new shops to check out for 2014. We also kind of like that the two spaces took the history of their perspective buildings and designed the storefronts accordingly. BTL has nice contemporary look which pairs well with the new construction that it is housed within while Maison Harlem has the classic early century aesthetic that is more appropriate for that corner location. Has anyone been inside yet?
